High blood pressure and hypertension treatment

I am a 28 year old fit and healthy male - 5ft 8ins, 10st, just completed my MS is Software Engineering. However I am now classed as chronic hypertensive since my BP comes in around 150/100 at every BP check (now down to quarterly checks). It has been the same since I was 23 and I have done the 24hr monitor etc and still remain on the high side of "normal".
My lots of work is related to computer but i cannot sit in front of monitor for a long time jus because of my high BP. some times since it started now im feeling tiredness and some syptoms of hypertension. im so worried about that if anyone can help me where to go for this treatment plz tell me cz i can only earn by using computer cz need to make softwares so i will be thankful if you tell me the rite way.
